Gender Sensitivity

Many females from a very young age grew up unaware of many things outside of their direct family and limited community circles. Having little or no other experiences, their ability to freely choose becomes a horrific challenge in a very male dominated society, limiting their chances of evolving out of female oppression.

Females are more likely to have their lives directed by males, and are more often faced with the dilemma of marrying and having children at a very young age, which forces them into a particular life pattern totally unprepared for the many grueling challenges that will confront them. However, even if females have achieved the skills or means necessary to successfully perform in a certain job, they too are often denied opportunities solely because of their gender.

It is a great disadvantage to females to forget each other. Grassroots females are often times forgotten because too much attention and emphasis are placed on the females who were more 'privileged' in this male dominated society. The danger lies in the fact that females that passed through the back doors to gain their positions become dangerous tools or rather instruments that contribute to the male domination.

A major shift can and will take place in society if females really make the effort to do the work that is necessary in order to achieve the desired results. Verbally trying to convince males of the wrongs done to females when they disregard their rights to make their own decisions will just be voices lost in the wind. A good place to start is to make a very bold statement, a statement not heard, but seen.

Making adjustments in one's life style is a step in the right direction. A right decision leads to right actions.

FEMALES MUST NOT ACCEPT TOKENS AND SECRET BACK DOOR ENTRANCES FOR ANY POSITION IN SOCIETY.

The repercussions from this kind of SELF SACRAFICING trade for acceptance is the fuel for this male dominated society.
